1. Percussion Education for underprivlidged children, Avon Park Boys & Girls Club 2.Culture and Rhythm Program for Lake Placid, Sebring and Lake Wales Public Libraries
3.Troubled Teen Program at Avon Park Youth Academy.

Arrangements have been made with the Sebring Regional Airport to provide a high profile, secure gallery space for HCA to display rotating exhibits of its members art.

Every first Saturday of the month there will be an opening of new local art and musical talent.
The HCA has adopted a new action plan to promote the A&C of Highlands County and new leadership to put it into effect.
