Heartland Cultural Alliance 

A North Carolina native and an avid outdoor enthusiast who favors plein-air painting. She has traveled from the mountains of Colorado to the shores of southern Italy with her easel, Barbara also enjoys spending her summers in the foothills of Western North Carolina and winters in Central Florida.  She is active in artist associations in both locales, often conducting workshops with notable guests, as well as showing her own work.
